I switched tanks on my 2003 flht and dummy me pulled off the top tank assembly off and set it on the battery, it got a lil hot, when I reassembled the tank, I went to start the bike and it cranks but I don't hear the fuel pump and it won't start, all fusesbehing the side panelsare good, all connections are tight and connected how can I check the fuel relay or fuel pump before I buy parts I might not need. Thanks for any suggestions
