chrome bezels for gauges removal?

Default chrome bezels for gauges removal?
I bought a bike that has the harley chrome bezels added to the gauages, question is for anybody that installed them did they all just stick on the guages from the front? I wanted to remove em and get em painted gloss black then reapply em. Thanks in advance

Heat 'em up real good and gently pull them off. Reapply with silicon

Thanks for the info, I thought I could just pull em off from the front but wanted to make sure, better safe then sorry.
