This is my first Ultra and of course never had a CB on a motorcycle before. What channel does bikers stay on. Traditional 19 and 21 are trucker channels. No one around here knows, most proably never have used the CB.
When I ride with the club, the road captain picks the channel.
I am new to the "CB" since I got my 07'Ultra, but I'm with
Rose, no "Biker specific channel"that I heard of.
Just pick one you & your buds like and run with it.
And watch your "Squelch".

All of my friends tune to channel 1. Seems to be a popular CB channel for bikers in the state of Penna.
Your antenna may be tuned better for some of the mid-range channels.
If you are riding by yourself.....just pick a channel with no cussing, swearing
and threatoning tones.
If you ride with another person/group......pick a channel no one else seems to use......
or else you will hear the cussing and swearing....or else they will find you.
When I used to use CBs....I had a 'code' with the other riders: If I say I am going to
channel "14".....add 5 channels to it (channel 19). This could throw off some of the
CB vandals out there when they try to 'follow you'.
Like I say, I don't use CB anymore....I have the antenna, just not the microphone.

I gree with Ted I am usally road captian on our rides and we use either 1 or 7 on our trips....
