I have a 2001 roadking with hooker tuned flow exhaust and a stock air kit.thinking of screamin eagle breather kit,K&N filter,and a power commander or if I got the breather kit is the power commander neccesary or just a waste.Would love some feed back,Bike started popping and not alot of snap or crack.Wondering if there is a pipe out there that replaces the y pipe which will accept a slip-on header to make a true dual set up.thanxs
I have a '01 RKC and started with just slip-ons - Later went to Rineharts TD + SE Air Kit and Power comander - It was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by my Indy Shop to go the PC..

When you install other than stock exhaust and breather kit
you will need a PC111 powercommander or bike will run lean.
Lean = HOT
Vance and Hines make a true dual headpipe that works really good. It will also except your Hooker pipes. The PC111 is a good choice. I would suggest though that if youwant to later build the motor i would go with the RACETUNER farbetter than the PC111.
