Some people do not care about the inherent dangers of raising the center of gravity and are willing to sign waiver of liability statements to get what they want.
Got 13 Cyclesmiths on my SG. At 6'3", I would get a catch in my upper back sometimes while ridding and having to reach down to the bars. Now my hands are just below shoulder level and it is nice.
