Newb question....

do you do anything special to dry outyour gloves? ... Or do you just let the gloves dry sitting on the bike?

Light coat of JB Weld should repel the sweat!

I wash my full finger perforated gloves and the liner out of my helmet with shampoo. I put them in the clothes drier on medium. I use very little oil on the gloves. I've used the same pair for over 2 years, 22,000 miles. Dan

Well if they get really nasty then a good run through some dish washing liquid and a good rinse (don't want the pleasent lemony smell any more than the 2000 mile gree funk) in warm to hot water, then air dry. After good and dry then just enough mink oil to restore from the air dried leather crinkly stiff feeling.
Come to think of it these things are starting to smell a bit.
