No, not at all. I just suspect that like me nobody knows. Will the baffles expand more than the surrounding muffler material when hot? Less? I can't say. I would attempt to remove the cold first, then warm up the bike if that fails. I doubt if WD40 would do much, as you can't get it anywhere near the entire length of the muffler. I think you'll end up removing the mufflers, but try the above suggestion first.
When I removed mine the bike had 12k miles on the old baffles and they came out fairly easily even without the crossbars. That's one year for me vs. three for you, but maybe they'll be cooperative. Here's my write-up on the install, which may help a little.
