guys,
One thing you don't want to overlook if you use the cigerette lighter for a power supply for your GPS, or for poweringanything for that matter, is to make sure the plug you use isn't so long that when you turn your handlebars full lock to the left it hits the tank.If it does, you will either break your plug, or dent your tank.
