It's Hot Bike 125,,, hydraulic primary chain tensioner,,, I have one on my bike,,, it's works well, easy install, if it whines you probably have it too tight,,, it's worked well for me, never had to adjust it since the install which is what it's all about. My friend has them on his bikes 120hp 103's and never had a problem. That is a very good price delivered.

I use the HD auto tensioner, only because my bike is still under warantee. If the HB125 failed and caused damage, well you know.

That said, I think any auto primary adjuster that works is great, I have no problems with the HD one.

I'm going to pick one up and when I need to do my primary fluid is when I'll install it.

Do you have to remove the primary cover for the install, or is it possible thru the inspection cover?

I read the instructions already, but I thought I remember reading a while ago that it could be done thru the inspection cover.

Steve,

I have not installed one, but I do not see why the primary has to be removed (based on the instructions.) I can remove my stock tensioner through the inspection cover.
