K&N should be coming out with a filter to fit the SE A/C real soon. But as stated earlier if you can't wait you can use an 07 K&N drill some new mounting holes and plug the others. Too much work for me though right now. I hace std. SE filter and it will work until new 08 K&N's come out. Patience, Patience !!!

I know you want a K&N filter and I'm sure there will be several different options before long. I had a chart a while back with the AF #s and the SE & K&N flowed more than a stock HD engine could use. The paper element has been a problem for some but nothing that happens all of the sudden. So if you can wait you might find something you really like and not have to fab anything. I think the AF #s are more " the bigger the better " and it's not always true. Hope you find what you need.

I just got a Doherty.. and ordered the power vents.. They tell me that they (the power vents) will not sit straight up and down.. but slightly at an angle for the 08 efi.... Doesn't bother me.. I will install next week.. I ordered a 8" round air cleaner cover for a Crossbones..(black)
