Problems fitting Sundowner on RG
Forumites...
Bought a Sundowner for my Road Glide. I am having trouble getting it to line up with the hole on the fender. I put the bracket from the stock seat on and the hole in the bracket is actually longer than on the stock seat and I have to force the seat forward to get the screw in the hole. When I do this it seems to arch the seat forward and I now have the vinyl on the seat almost puckering and when I sit on it it gets wrinkles in it.
I know this is a little unclear... anyone else have this problem? I fixed part of it by bending the tongue that goes into the frame but I am afraid to break it.
