Default RKC Fuel

I I have a Vance and Hines/ stage 1 ACalso had stage one download. Can I just take the fuel pack out. Maybe that will bring some of my MPG back because after I changed all the stuff my mileage has not been that great 30-33 miles and then there is this trip where it was just all bad. Less than 20 mpg.

Others have suggested some tweaking. Call and check on what can be done before tossin' the baby out with the bath water....

You need some tuning. I have a Stage I and a DFO that works great. Even with the piggy back fuel adder, I get 38-43 in most riding. If I really nurse it, it will get close to 50.

Wow, that is very low. I get 40+ consistently on my 110 engine with SERT, AC, TD's.

But the real question is... If I remove the fuel pack will it be ok. I have the stage one download.
I am not convinced the fuel pack is doing me any good other than it cost me $225.

If you take it off, I believe you will still be at the minimum that your bike needs to operate with the download, but it will still be lean and run pretty hot. I'd talk to V&H tech first to see if they can help you. At least that way, your $225 will be doing something for you

If all you have done is swap mufflers and the air cleaner, your bike will run just fine with just the Stage I download.
