I'm replacing my TGS with the one minus the green connector for wires run inside the handlebars - six wires I pretty much can figure out where they go - though they are not color coded as the stock sensor. But what about the two pinned wires that come from the middle of the sensor - what are these for? On my stock sensor (FLHR) these wire are capped.

Okay, just a question or two for you:
a. Whats is a TGS?
b. What year and type bike you riding?
c. whos parts are you using and why?
That might help getting an answer.

TGS = Twist Grip Sensor - HD part #32310-08 used for internally wired bars (i.e Sreaming Eagle touring bikes with fat bars).

SERVICE AND ELECTRONICS MANUAL SURE WOULD BE NICE IF YOU READ THEM
AND DIRECTIONS ON THE REPLACEMENT PART

 

The replacement part came with zero instructions - even call the dealer to see if they had printable instructions -ZERO

 

Pardon my ignorance, but would you be kind enough to tell me what is a TGS?

 

Twist Grip Sensor - electronic throttle control - gone are the cables on touring bikes

 

One more time - hoping for an answer as to what the two middle wires (surrounded by six) are for.
