Default Ultra Antenna mount covers ????

OK guys - another question from thisnew Ultra owner !!!

Ques:Are there any covers made for covering the Antenna mounting screws when the Antennae have been removed. Might sound astrange question but I want to cover the bike on a road trip and I can't fit the cover when bending down the Antennae as I would normally do. The radio works fine without the Antennaso I will take both of them off for the duration of the trip. - Hope this all makes sense!!!

The small plastic plugs from the passenger footboard mounts work very well. Go by your local dealer & ask a tech for a couple. They usually have stuff like that laying around.

I used small automotive vacuum port caps on mine.............black rubber that fit tightly over them so they won't fall off.

That was my thought - why not get a cover that's properly made to accept the antenna?

He's not buying a cover for the bike...................he's looking for covers for the screws after you remove the stock antennas.

Read that - but also took it to mean that he was removin' 'em because the cover wouldn't allow antenna's to protrude through 'em, so he was havin' to bend 'em over...
