Got the quest on my Ultra.... wish i'd waited and gotten the Zumo 550. screen's bigger and the touch buttons make a difference.. real hard to use the quest buttons with gloves on.
Does MOCO mounts come with the purchase? Where did you get yours?
I'm not sure. I bought the Quest 2 from ebay. Seems to me I got the p/n's for the Cradle, Aux Plug, and Case from the Harley Kit. But I the Mount was separate. Not sure at that time the Kit was selling for $800-$900.
As for the Radar, I again bought the mount separate. The Dealer had it in stock and I needed to paint it anyway before I needed the Detector.
I think the mounts are separate. Best way to find out is ask your parts guy the next time your at your dealer
I have a Quest (1) and wish I had the Quest 2 mine does pretty much everything I want to do just wish I had the additional memory. If I had the extra cash I might consider a Zumo but for the price my Quest has been great.
Before you buy the Quest, check out the Zumo. While both will get you there and the Quest is cheaper, the Zumo's bigger screen and extras may be what you like better. So, check them out. While there is more cost to the Zumo, if you average out the difference in price over several years of use (and kicking yourself in the butt if you chose wrong) the more expensive one may be a better value. I'd probably go for the 400 series Zumo and give up bluetooth to save money.
