I removed my rear wheel on my bagless 05 RKC to install a chrome pulley cover (actually its the 05 DYno cover that fits) and installed the wheel back on. I was wondering, besides proper drive belt tension adjustment, what do I look for to make sure the rear wheel is aligned. By the way, the '05 RKC uses the rear wheel adjuster cams. Any tips on this are appreciated.
Does that mean that the dyna cover will fit on a 2004 and newer bagger pulley? I have been looking for a pulley cover to put on my bike and I don't see anyone offering just a cover for touring models. Let us know how it works. Is there enough clearance by the swingarm? Thanks.
Yes the 04 and up Dyno pulley cover fits on the 04 and up RKC pulley. Although the clearance between the swingarm and pully looks real tight, I took it for a ride and heard no scraping. I checked the pulley cover after my ride and saw no signs of rubbing nor scratching. It is awefully tight though.
