Passing lamp MM size?

Passing lamp MM size?
Since we are all looking for brighter lights to help see and be seen I have been doing some searching on the net. My question is, what size is the passing lamp? I found a replacement bulb and housing but it is listed as 114mm? Is that the right size? Here is what I found.. any thoughts?
