H-D's rainsuits are designed well and easy on and off is what you definitely want. And they pack in a small pouch. I did this same search a few months back and ended up going with the H-D. Looked at froggs toggs, but heard from many on here they melt very easily when touched by exhaust. Also tried em on and they are just tooroomy and felt like the pillsbury doughboy in them.

I'm with the HD vote on this one and I am usually quick to say avoid the stealership. I broke down and bought the HD GoreTex eight years ago. It wa expensive, but I don't get wet. Period! I wear GoreTex boots, this rainsuit and a ball cap. In severe weather, I put up the hood and cover my face with a leather bandana. I don't even see seepage around the collar or sleeves, so I swear by it. Like they say, you get what you pay for. Also. pay close attention to the legs where they will hit your pipes. Not only do you lose your rain suit, it's a bitch to get off.

my wife & I bought frog togs & love them. 2 for the price of one. Bought them at a cabela's store near us for $39. (we don't usually end up riding in the rain a lot. I'd say less than 5 times a year.

We were in a hurry as we were going to leave on a trip. Otherwise i May have odered through shade tree power sports. What I've seen of their products they are good quality at reasonable prices. http://www.shadetreepowersports.com/

If price isn't a real issue, or you are going to ride in the rain a lot. I'd probably go with the HD Raingear.

I agree with Rick.

I have tried several sets of rain gear
and without a doubt,
NelsonRigg has out preformed them all.

I have the vented and lined
with reflective seam strips.
The main zipper has a flap that folds over and velcros back to the coat (no leaks)
Corduroy collar that velcros tight on neck,
no rain drips down yourback between your shoulder blades
Very light weight and rolls up real small.

I have heard good reports on thr frogtogs as well, although I have never owned a set myself.
I'd say, stay away from rubber.
and, as mentioned before, you get what you pay for (most of the time)

Good luck
chappy
