Default engine light
comes on every now and then..but only in 6 gear...i can give it some throttle or back off some and the light goes off.....code number is 1353...any ideas on what its tellin me?

Check your plug wire and plug.

P1353 (efi)
Front cylinder no combustion.
Cylinder is truly misfiring.
There is a lack of continuity in the ignition coil secondary circuit.
From a 2007 electrical manual

wouldnt i feel the lack of power if there is no combustion? cause i dont..it doesnt miss a beat..i dont feel nothing nor do i hear any difference from the pipes

Arguing with the code won't help. Your system thinks it's misfiring. Check the connections and go from there.

You may be setting the code because of the ION sensing in the system. It's not actually misfiring but the resistance is not within parameters so you get the code.

I have 800 miles on my 08 Ultra and my light is coming on some days
I ride and no light for two days then it is on all day
The dealer has checked it over twice
How many times do they get before I can say something to someone
