Go to https://www.hdforums.com/m_2893742/tm.htm and scroll down 21 messages. Read the procedures and caveats for tweaking the map for better mileage. In the blocks with "-5", replace them with "0". Not so much cold surging and mileage shouldn't be affected much.
Just talked to jaime and he leaked some cool news. Fuelmoto is releasing his own brand of muffler for the Touring bikes that wiill bebranded the "Jackpot" muffler. They are basically the same as therush-fuelmoto mufflers they are currently selling, they use their same custom bafflesbut the muffler body has some slight differences to the rush. The best news is price, theysaid thatretail is $329.00. Jaime said he is trying to update his site with new info so keep an eye open.
I too am in the process of purchasing a fuelmoto package (Rush slip-ons, PCIII and K and N AC. I was told when I talked to the tech that the 2.5 baffles are notorius for decel popping and requires a bit of playing with the map to correct. I decided to go with th 2.0" baffles wich are supposedly already preset witha map. Which baffle size Did you get???

Consider Fuel Moto's custom baffles, which provide better performance, quieter exhaust tone, and IMO a better sound than the conventional baffles. I had the 1.75's for about nine months and upgraded last December, which for me is superior across the board.
Okay I'm in the same position as 379 Glide. I set the throttle both closed and WOT I went on a 1250 mile ride and the throttle side pipe burned at the baffle. Jamie said he will replace it but it leads me to believe something is not right with the map. The thing still pops like hell letting off the throttle below 3k RPMs or so. Oh and I averaged about 39MPG on the trip. Some tanks worse and other a little better.

What do you mean by "pipe burned at the baffle"? Changed color? If so, it shouldn't happen with Jamie's rich map.
Mileage is relative to the map and the way you ride, and as has been tossed around here and other threads many times, Jamie's maps are tuned for performance and cooling. The mileage can be improved and performance retained by leaning the cruise range where you ride most of the time. Read above and elsewhere for more on that, and PM or email me if you have any questions. I'm still baffled (pardon the pun) by your problem with the right muffler. Double-check that the left muffler has the reversion cone installed. Shine a flashlight into the muffler and toward the front you'll clearly see it as a 3/4" restriction. Also, the left baffle is Âź" smaller (1.75 vs. 2.0"). If they are reversed I could see where problems might occur.

I have read your posts. I even tried your settings briefly around town. Prior to my trip I put Jamie's map back in. My guess is that I am running so rich that raw fuel is collecting at the baffle and igniting causing the chrome to get really hot. I have the pipes installed correctly. Its kind of a no brainer. I Mean the right side changed color then the chrome burned. Black ring and chrome is starting to flake with tiny little spots. It is literally a dark ring right where the front of the baffle sits in the pipe.
