None that I am aware of. But here is how I solved the problem of the too short cords.....
Streched the cords out on a table and used some spring clamps to hold them streched. Then CAREFULLY used a heat gun on the high setting and moved slowely over the length of the cord for about 5 minutes. Leave them streched and clamped overnight. When I took the clamp off, the recoiled a couple of inches but have stayed longer ever since. Solved our problem nicely.
The problem I have with mine is that the helmet connection keeps working itself loose, then falls onto the tank while riding. I always have to pull over to reattach. I've thought about putting some black Locktite (JB Weld) on the jack to hold it, being careful of coursenot to get any on the electrical connections.
I am at work right now, if you can wait until the a.m. (midnight shift sucks) I have a site bookmarked on my home computer that offers HD headset extensions.
Stretching the cord will work. I didn't go through the heat treatment, but just pulling and stretching will help. About the falling out part..that twist tie is a great idea.
I saw someone riding with an over the ear headset with mic that had the 7 pin hook up
No need for helmet attachment and can be used with any helmet
