Default Is the SERT adjustable?

I have a 06 street glide with SE 103" SE heads ,true duals V&H, stage one air cleaner. The dealer installed the SERT but I am getting some decel. popping and even some accel popping. Is the SERT adjustable,or would you recommend going with the PC III or another programmer? If I went with another programmer would I have to UN install the SERT,or can I program over the existing? My concern is I dont want the bike to run lean and over heat. I have not installed the oil temp. gauge yet,so I am not sure how hot its running. I have a temp. gun is there a certain temp. at the front cyl. that is acceptable? I heard the front cyl. runs hotter than the rear. Thanks in advance!!

Wrong! The rear cylinder runs hotter. Yes, the SERT is adjustable. No, you don't want to try to mount a PC-III over the SERT. Install an oil temp. gauge, you want to run between 190 (adjusted for gauge discrepency) & 230 deg. 250 to 280 on a hot day at idle is tollerable for a short time.

Your dealer should be able to tune the popping out using the SERT and dyno, might be the cheapest way to go, if the dealer cant do it a good indy tuner can.

tHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT. SOUNDS LIKE THEY NEED TO RETUNE. tHAT SHOULD BE AT NO COST. iT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT AND THERE IS NO REASON WHY ANY DEALER CANT DO IT TO A SATISFACTORY LEVEL. tHATS WHAY YOU ARE PAYING FOR DYNO TIME FOR. jUST BRING IT BACK AND TELL THEM WHAT YOU POSTED HERE.

Lean, lean, lean.
You don't mention cams. 103" w/ SE heads (not sure which ones), true duals, air cleaner but hopefully not stock cams. Otherwise even leaner.
Too much head (yes, there is such a thing) on top of not enough motor will cause the same symptoms.
