i have detatachable tour pac for first time. most of my riding is touring with heavy loaded pac. bushings are showin wear and pack is loose as a result. is this a common problem? is there a fix such as a better bushing available? lighter load is not an option for me. thanx for any help with this problem.
I had a friend of mine make me some out of Teflon that is used for factory applications , it is hard ,and it took care of my problems ,I only have 2,000 miles on mine though.

Contact Gilbos440rt a member of HDF....He makes them out of some alloy.VERY NICE...I have them for my tour pack,.backrest and luggage rack.He stands behind EVERY ONE 100% and he is a GOOD guy and will also give you tips on installing them!!!!!
