I have used Dennis Kirk for years with no problems, in fact the only one I have not had problems with, and their return policy has been hassle free for me, no questions asked even when I opened the package they were sealed in. I'm not sure what was up with your order but they are top notch as far as my dealings with them.
+1 -- if you used a credit card you can get the 10% back -- I had to go this route with Corbin

If I were you, I would contact my credit card company. They will get you your 10% back. I have looked at DK but I have always found stuff way cheaper some where else.
Yep - gonna hafta side w/DK on this one. Had ya called first, you'd have not had any problems with returnin' 'em. Since ya didn't, they were in their rights (IMO) ta charge the restock. IMO, it would be unfair to challenge the restock since ya didn't follow their reasonable return policy - but that's yer call.
