i am currently riding a streetglide and considering on installing the HD foglamps on my engine guards. i have been reading a lot owners on this board with streetglides are wiring them to the accessory switch which the power source is under the seat. The fog wiring has to be routed from the front to all the way back under the seat. A clean job would be getting the wiring under the tank and follow harness back to the accessory plug.
Has anyone noticed that the ultras have spotlights installed on their bikes and a spotlight switch on their console. I do have an electrical manual for the streetglide and the power wire for the spots on the ultras is the number 4 socket on the left and right front signal lamp
would it not be simpler / cleaner if we bought the spot switch and plug it into the existing harness and use this power source for the fogs instead of the spotlights?
They are the large Siver Bullets with the 6 way mount. They are a pain to put on but look nice and I can keep my lower fairings on. I have yellow lenses in mine. They come with Red, Clear and Yellow. Got'em through JP Cycles.
