front end wobble
Just wondering if anyone has gone into a turn got half way through it and experienced the front tire begin to wobble to where it took you out of the turn.It happened to me today half way through a right hand curve.I had to stand the bike up and brake hard but still went over the centerline.certainly was an eye opener.I'm thankful there were no cars coming at me,thats for sure.Is there a right way to react to this and what would cause it.any info will be appreciated.
I've never experienced it, but I believe Allow Art has a solution.

TAKE IT TO DLR IMMEDIATELY!
Do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars...we care about you.
How to react: Stiffen your arms, back off the throttle, brake, try to gettoshoulder of road if possible.
This is caused by neck bearings out of adjustment.

I agree take it to the dealer. I just took mine in on Sat. cause it was wobbling from left to right. This was maily noticable over 40 mph and when my hands came off the bars. Harley took the whole front end apart and found a bearing that was flattened. Also the tire was replaced. Cost me $29.00 cause I wante the aux lights moved to the front position awaiting my fairing. Do not mess with a front end issue............ My 2 cents............
