Default Red Light on Speedometer?

Ihave no owner's manual. Can anyone tell me what the red light is on my speedometer? It is just to the left of the odometer, and it looks like a 360 degree dial of some sort with a pointer.

Thanks

That shows cruise control is switched on but not set, turn the cruise switch off and the light will go off.

After turning on the cruise switch located on the console valance, when you engage the cruise switch to "set" (on the right hand grip) the light goes green & cruise is actively working.
