I do...SOOO, I remember I saw this product on TV that "blows" the air off your bike. With that, I took it in the garage after I finished washing it and use my Air Compressor and blew all the water off.

I love crackin' a few beers and gettin my chrome all nice n shiny. IMO - if u don't like wipin down ur chrome there's something wrong with u.

Well, I don't know about that. No chrome, no wasting time polishing instead of RIDING. Besides that, my compressor does a fine job of blowing off water.
I don't mind polishing my scooter. It makes it worthwhile to keep it looking like new. Even after washing and drying with a leaf blower, I still take the time to polish it.
