I have done a search and found some great info about seats, but I have not found a answer to my question. I have an 07 Ultra Classic with the comfort stitch seat on it....Is the sundowner a better seat than it? Is it more comfortable? I see that many of you like the sundowner over many different seats, but how does it compare to the factory comfort stitch?
mrducks,
Ihave the Sundowner on my EGC. A week ago, I was in Arizona, and rented a softail, with a stock seat. 50 miles into the ride it was like sitting in a cinderblock with a brick pressing on my lower spine. This week, the wife and I road over 200 miles in NE TX, road all over town running errands and then to our granddaughter's music concert, that eve. It was like I had been sitting in my recliner all day.
There has been a lot of discussion on this subject and as many opinions as there are seats. For me the Sundowner was a perfect choice.
