the metal strip that the 3 pouches are attached to,, supposed to come with 4 little rubber bumpers,
1/2 the size of a sugar cube, they should go on the bottom of the strip, which would rest on your inner fairing dash,
hardware stores, wally worlds, sell these things for like furniture,glass tables, cupboards..
you could also try some of that tape, you would put on the bottom of a truck cap,keep from scratchin
your truck rail........
I noticed a rattle with mine,, but it is the stuff that is in the pouches ,,, need to line the bottom of these, with rubber tape , maybe
I USED SOME BLACK LEATHER AND LINED THE INSIDE OF THE 3 POUCHES. THAT STOPPED RATTLES.
THE POUCH INSELF I SCREWED IT DOWN WITH 2 SCREWS I EACH BETWEEN POUCH AND USED VELCRO.
