gentelemen. any input on how to stop a thre bag pouch on a windshield. thanks

Did you put the little rubber bumpers on the bottom plate like the extreamly well written Harley directions told you to do?

Do a search here on the forum.......several members have put the small rubber weather stripping on the back of it and have posted pictures.

Try putting the soft part of velcro on the bottom of the metal plate and small rubber weatherstripping on the back that goes against the windshield
