Ok first off I did a search and I didn't come up with anything.. If I where to install a new set of exhaust on my 04 carbureted Road King do I need to remove the 02 sensor????? It seems that most of all the exhaust systems have them... Do I just leave it and not worry about it or what?
Yes I know they didn't start putting them on until 06. What I'm asking is if I buy a new Exhaust system and it has the 02 sensor welded on the header pipes is that going to effect they way my Carbureted Bike runs? Would I have to remove the 02Bug????
The exhaust won't have an o2 sensor already installed. It will come with a bung to accept the o2 sensor. You can just buy a threaded plug to plug the o2 bung. It won't have any affect on your bike.

You won't get the bungs if you order the correct exhaust for you bike. The pre-O2 systems usually cost a little less.
Why would you buy an exhaust for a new bike when yours is an 04??

I'm looking to change my exhaust on my 2004 with a brand new system. I'm not buying a an exhaust for a new Bike.
My point is simple . . . They sell exhaust systems for your year WITHOUT the bungs. I believe you need a system for 1996-2006. These DO NOT have bungs.
