I think if you are going for the budget build so to speak which my build cost me $1750 parts/labor from 65hp/78trq to 90hp/100trq i didn't do to bad using a 203 set up.

those numbers sound pretty good, very similar to mine.... where does the tq reach its peak at( mine is around 3700rpm)

2000 Ultra 88 CI with FI. SE breather, Rush slip ons with 2' baffle, Andrews 26G cams and heads flowed, PCIII. 74.25 Max HP and 84.71 Max Tq.

Looking at my dyno sheet it looks like someplace between 3500-3600rpm if you were talking to me in your last post.

Is there a down side to your build? Did you do the labor? Nice numbers. I am kinda new but when you say bored to match your 103 pistons, does that mean that you didnt change the stroke?
I know that the 103 build is expensive thats why I went 95ci.
