You are surely right about the 2 into 1 pipe. My tuner said I could definately pick up some torque down low between 2500 -3000 RPM, but he said the top end might not vary to much. I just like the looks of the true duals, and with a 103 figured I wouldn't feel any dip. If I ever figure out how to post my Dyno sheet, I will.

Put the standard baffles or the quiet baffles back in and you will gain low-end torque. The smaller baffle will create more back-pressure...........which will create low-end torque.

I had the standard baffles in when I first put them on, but I had already ordered the HP baffles.
When I looked at the difference between the two of them, I thought they were the same. I called BUB ENT. to tell them they were the same. They explained that they are the same except for minor change inside. When I looked, I saw that the end was a smaller diameter than the rest of the baffle. This is supposed to give more power with no torque loss and no more noise,(according to them). It seemed to run better with these ones and wasn't any louder, so I left them in.

P.S. These are the newer type Rineharts

Here's my story. A couple of months ago I put some Khromewerk slip-ons, on my Streeglide.
I took it to the dealer and had my SERT installed and mapped. I thought it ran pretty well except for an occasional sputter. I changed my exhaust recently, and put on some Rinehart True duals with the H.P baffles. Well I got my bike dynoed last Friday.
When first put on the dyno: Horsepower 95.96 Torque 97.47
When finished on the dyno: Horsepower 105.33 Torque 108.45

The guy tuned my bike for about 1-1/2 hours. I watched him the whole time. He was never worried about getting me in and out , just wanted to get the best performance. Best $ 375.00, I ever spent. Runs waaaaaaaay better now! If anybody is interested, it was at RC Cycles in Hayward, Ca.

There is no way your bike would make that kind of power with only a race tuner and Rineharts.....I think the tuner is giving you someone elses dyno sheet.

Hell yeah he sould get results like that with a 103"
Just think what it would be like if he Sh-t canned the Rineharts and put on a 2-1. Sorry FLHXI06, wnogood, and maineuultraclassic but it's true.

Well that is beleaveable then....a 103.

I originally posted somewhere back at page 13... I just got back from Delmarva Bike Week and had another run at the dyno. It has been determained that with all the ridability issues and the huge lean/rich swings... I will be ditching the S&S E carb and going back to CV. I have been emailing Steve at GMR about getting one done. I will see. Anyhow, here is the dyno.
