75.9 Hp 90.4Tq with B&E 1.75 mufflers, K&N 2 1/8" ac and 103" download at TNT performance dyno in Nashville. It ran a little rich past 4000 but not enough to be worth going to a SERT or PC.
I was lucky enough to buy my 06 Road King Classic with a bad set of fuel injectors. Last March while I was riding in Daytona with my brand new sputtering RK (which became downright dangerous) feeling really bad that I traded my 04 Dyna Low Rider, I visited the H-Dtest ride area to discuss my situation with the techs. Oneof the techs happened to be an engineer from the performance division. He offered me his card and some insight on the fuel injection problem.Over the course of the next few weeks we had many discussions aboutwhat options were available to help the performance of my bike. In the endwe installed the followingwith a dyno tuning run (No charge) that resulted ina great performing bike that gets around 48 MPG.

74.53HP with 75.4 Torque
Go to nightrider.com and see data fromFall 2006 Enthusiest showing that baggers make much better torque numbers than Dynas. Reason is the crossover pipe & large muffler volume / backpressure. In principal that does make sense to me.
So, they say HD claims an 07 Bagger gets 71 HP / 90 Tq. at the rear wheel stock, and with Stage1 (#29773-02C) & SE Mufflers (#64985-07) they see 79 HP / 96 Tq. at the rear wheel. Of course, all falls off past 4,000 RPM's.
Overall this makes sense in theory, but if correct then MOCO has done a nice job and the Stage1 / SE Mufflers does produce results. Most people claim the Stage1 / Download is a waste, but I kinda think it deserves a closer look.
I have an 07 FLHRS on order and I just may give this a try.
OK, I just joined less than an hr ago so I hope I can do this. I add the dyno sheets. One is stock the other has jets (dynojet kit), SE breather, SE Slip-ons.
