Take the money and run. You will probably void the warranty by upgrading anyway... Your warrantymay only be good at the selling dealer... Technically as soon as you change the pipes you are done... Someone please correct me if I am wrong. My own dealer did a ton of upgrades for me and told me he would back it... but other dealer did not have to. I respect him and he has always treated me fairly.
What he is offering is the Extended Service Plan w/ tire and wheel! It is a great deal if you ride alot of miles and have your service done at the Dealer.
My Dealer doesn't offer these but I have a friend who has it and loves it. He has an 06 with 35k miles on it and he has had all his maint done since day one with zero out of pocket expense.
Now if you only ride 1 or 2 k a year the Dealer would make out (by the way that is about the ave).

I don't think the current ESP is that type of plan. The current ESP is just an extended warranty plan. With wheel and tire protection they are about $1650 for a new bike. If you buy one latter before the two year warranty expires, then it cost another $150.
So if you plan to get the extended warranty to cover the bike for 7 years, get the ESP. But if you don't plan to get the extended warranty, take the money.
Take the $$ and run. The MOCO is finding more and more ways to void their warranties. You know you're modify your new scoot, so why not take the grand and use toward your upgrades. JMHO, CCRyder
