I had it dyno'd but there must be something wrong - I don't have the printout with me but I remember the hp and torque being in the high 80's. It sounds like I need to go to another shop. Does anyone here have any experience with the HD dealer in Baton Rouge, LA? I've been told that they have an outstanding shop.
I have a 2007 FLHTP with the 103. Upgrades were a new air intake, vance & Hines true duals , wild pig pipes and a PCIII.... After having it dialed in, they told me I was running in the low 70's for HP, (now if that is true numbers or not is a different discussion) I don't recall the torque specs, but the AF mix is running around 13.3.. I am very happy with this setup and the actual cost was minimal........
The Salt Lake City service manager, Parker, 801-487-4647 went this route and gets over 100 HP and a little more torque but your looking at $7,000.
If you go with 110 your looking a even biger bucks to split the cases, oil coolers, and whatever else they have to do and Parker doesn't think you get your money's worth.
OMG!
For $7k, you better be a helluva lot closer to 150ft/lbs of torque than 100, or you got screwed. I have less than that in my 120.
You can EASILY build a 103 or 107 for less than $3k that will make 120ft/lbs (+/-) of torque for less than $3k ~ if you use the right parts.
+1 I'm at 103 hp 118 tq HQs 103 total cost with incidentals to include labor $3600--I have had this since Dec three rear tires and two crashes later I'm still smiling -- this is a HQs kit -- the funny thing is that I think the tuner left a lot on the table I'm looking for a good tuner--and afat cat with quiet baffle

I had a stock 03 SERK with the 103 in it but had a buddy with a 95 kit and he jsut about blew my doors off. My question is if you do the stage II does the 103 run like the 95?
For what it is worth (I know this forum does not like the 110), I happen to love my 110 engine. Put it on with 360 miles on the 96 ci engine. It runs very strong, 100 hp and 115 tq. Tq curve is very broad compared to 103.
Anyway, $3600 installed at my dealer. Almost 11k miles so far and grinning every minute!
Ihave the Rinehart TD's also with SE air cleaner and SERT. I did install an oil cooler as well.
Good luck with whatever you do. Personally, I would stick with your 103 since you already have it on.
