Well, I finally went thru all the selections/options on building up my stock TC88 and this is the way I'm going.
I deliver the bike on the 11th and should have it back by the 15th so I can ride my tiny 500 mi break-in (at various speeds/loads) and take her back in for my final SERT Map.

What made you chose the SS cams when everything else is SE?

 

Screamin Chicken doesn't make GEAR cams. Only Chain. What is interesting to me is the +/- tolerance differences between them based on the same Exhaust duration and TDC degrees/angles. For gear's there in the .003 range.. for Chain they are in the .030 range.. 30 thousands may not sound like much.. but on an engine with performance head/valves it would.

 

Sound's like you can hardly wait. I know that you will enjoy the extra power. And what tork it is realy fun cruzing the hills. Crank it a little for me.
