Jsans,
&nbsp\\; You will&nbsp\\;probably need to replace the lower switch housing which should be 71595-96 to accomodate the set/recume button.&nbsp\\; PM me if you need more info.&nbsp\\; I have a new cruise kit in the box that I can look at for you.

I installed the crusie on a 07 EGC two weeks ago.&nbsp\\; Four hours.&nbsp\\; Dialed it in myself and saved close to $250 for the quoted install by the dealer.&nbsp\\; Paid $310 delivered off of EBay.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;

Caveman is right.

Such a sweet add-on!

Good info, Thanks. I am thinking about adding cruise myself. I won't waste the extra $ for the install.

I need to add that the new off/on swt has 3 wires that have to be plugged into an existing connector. There are very, very, small numbers on the connector and you must place the leads into the correct ports. Don't try to go by wire color because they don't match up.

What does the dealer have that "enables" it?

Badfinger,
&nbsp\\; I agree with you that the switch in the kit is wired all together.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I was refering to the switch housing - not the switch itself.&nbsp\\; The bottom half of the swich housing might need to be replaced.&nbsp\\; On&nbsp\\;everything but an Ultra and a couple others, the bottom switch housing on the right hand side only has the mode button for the radio.&nbsp\\; When you add the cruise you need two holes.
