Just plan on putting one on. Blinkers wont work right and security light might stay on. Use the Biketronics unit not the Kury. The Kury unit will build up heat. There is a member here that just about lost his bike from a Kury load equilizer. Its a plug and play unit, takes about 30 sec. to put it in.

 

I have the Kuryakyn&nbsp\\;LED it.&nbsp\\;I run 2 load equalizers, one for the front and one for the rear.

 

Mike from biketronics will tell you that the 06 and later have a smart EQ if you pull the bat cable and reteach the bike the power draw you should not have any problems

Pull Neg cable

reinstall

turn bike on/run

depress left turn

depress right turn&nbsp\\;it will flash fast then normal

voila adjusted

I used this method when I installed the Cyclevisions rear LED brake run and turn works great with no problems
