Is a piece of crap! Tried two different ones from the dealership, no way it would fit without having to modify the inner holes. After taking back the second one to the dealership another customer said he had to try four before he got one that would just barely fit. I thought Arlen Ness products were supposed to be excellent? I guess not. I solved my problem thanks to the dealership cutting me a deal on a SE kit with K&N filter for $20 more than I had paid for the Big sucker.
