Default Kudos to a great helmet company

About 3 years ago, after an exhaustive search for a nice, thin profile DOT helmet, I purchased a helmet for my wife from Head Trip Helmets (www.carbonfiberhelmets.com).&nbsp\\; She liked it so much I bought one for myself the following year.&nbsp\\; Several months ago I received a letter stating that the lining in my helmet may not be adaquate and to ship it back, postage paid.&nbsp\\; I got my helmet back in about a week, rebuilt with a new liner and new adjustment pads.&nbsp\\; Last week I called and told them that my wife loves her helmet, but it tends to slip back on her head.&nbsp\\; They asked me&nbsp\\;to write a letter describing the problem and ship the helmet to them.&nbsp\\; I wrote a letter, and took some pictures of the hemet on her head to let them better understand the problem.&nbsp\\; Let me remind you this is three years after purchase.&nbsp\\; They rebuilt the helmet, realigned the mounting points of the straps for a custom fit for her, and installed a new liner, new straps, and new adjustment pads.&nbsp\\; There was no charge for this service.&nbsp\\; I have learned alot about different vendors, both pro and con, on this forum.&nbsp\\; Just thought I would pass this on about one of the good guys.
