Squeaks when I push it - IDS??

Recently started getting a squeaky, creaky, noise when I push my 07 RKC out of the garage.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Coming from the back.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Thought it might be a brake dragging a little but pushing the brake doesn't make any difference.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Now thinking it's the IDS, hoping it's just the rubber rubbing a little&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;and not a bearing problem.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Did 450 miles a couple days ago and haven't detected any problems.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Weird, though, that I never heard anything before.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Probably have 4-5000 on the IDS, 15,000 on the bike.

Any thoughts???&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Not really dying to pull&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;the&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;back wheel off again.

That started with mine too, then about another 500 miles and the bearing broke.&nbsp\\; The when you would roll slowly to a stop you would hear "clunk, clunk, clunk".&nbsp\\; You could still drive it but not for long, had to have it towed!&nbsp\\; It turned out the IDS bearing was indeed broke.&nbsp\\; There is a whole thread about this on the site somewhere.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I cant say that is you problem, just my expierence.&nbsp\\; Heck you could siply have a brake shoe draging a little.

One other possibility is it is your belt squeaking. It is a quick fix to rule it out. Take some parafin (or one of the wife's tealight candles) and rub it to the sides of the belt. If it is your belt making the noise, it will stop.
