is that what the indicator says when you fill up or is that the mileage you get? \\; I get around 350kilometers per tank but when I fill up is says 377.
Just wondering what other people see when they fill up.
I have no idea what I get. \\; My gauge is so full of condensation, I haven't seen the needle in over a year and a half. \\; I look into the tank, and fill up when it looks low. \\; I need to go with an LED setup.
I just checked it the other day on my SE RG (1550) and I am getting 46 MPG. The other day I was riding and the gage kept dropping. I never ran it that low before but was on "EE") and the lite was on. I put 4.5 gallons in it on the stand. Not sure if that helps.
I never let mine get that low. I start looking for gas at about 160 miles on the trip meter, usually have to put in 4 to 4.5 gal, so there was plenty left.
i usually put gas when i hit the 200 mark on the trip light comes on roughly around there. \\; when i fill it i usually can get 4.5 to 5 gallons in there so hopefully there is still a rough
gallon in there somewhere probably less.
What do you do , run your tank dry before you fill up? Isnt that kilo. # going to be different every time also? I dont have my kilometer conversion card with me , but Its about 240 miles or so.
Good point about it will differ everytime. \\; I am new to this harley thing so still just trying out the toys. \\; Your conversion is about right on as well.
