Somebody found out ya get these..  \\;\\\\\\; when ya have 2 spaces or more...and ya get a cpl extra '...every time ya do this'

Fixing it? \\;\\\\\\; No, they are not fixing it. \\;\\\\\\; I'll tell you why. \\;\\\\\\; It would take about 5-10 minutes to fix this type of problem and an hour or less to clean all the characters out.

There probably is a piece of code (function) or stored procedure that removes and replaces \\;unwanted characters like double quotes or single quotes, HTML code inserted by users, etc etc from the string values (what people typed) going into the database.
This function is there keep the data going into the database clean.
 \\;\\\\\\;
This server runs ASP relying on VBscript probably or \\;\\\\\\;maybe the \\;\\\\\\;backend is ASP.NET and used C# or VB.NET. \\;\\\\\\; Regardless, both/either are amoung the easiest languages to code with. \\;\\\\\\; Beginner languages so to speak. \\;\\\\\\; Even if the function was not a server side language and was client side (javascript) \\;\\\\\\;it would still take all of an hour to figure it out.

Point is....any web developer could do this in an hour, a day at the most.
