Oil Cooler
OH.....and stay tuned!
I'll be posting pics in the next day or so of a really clean oil cooler setup using the highway bar.
 \\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;
yeah yeah...you've seen that setup, I know.
 \\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;
BUT...have you seen it using braided oil lines with AN fittings and the POLISHED billet S&\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;S oil filter mount that is pre-drilled for lines, to eliminate the ugly Jagg oil filter mount?
 \\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;
With the Baker +1 oil pan and the use of the highway bar, I'll be squirting 6 quarts of Redline through the system.
 \\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;
However, I was having sumping issues which have now been resolved.
Currently, I won't be running a t-stat...but if the need arises, I have a couple options.
If the weather warrants not needing a cooler for a longer time than a couple weeks, I could disconnect the fittings from the S&\\;S mount and pipe plug the holes. Or, I'm going to check out my friends Jagg bypass valve and see if I can remove the worm clamp fittings and install AN fittings. If these won't work, I'll scoot over to the hot rod store &\\; see what's available. If a person looks hard enough, he can find something cleaner than what is currently available.
