J&M and Harley Headset

When using a Harley headset at the riders position with a J&amp\\;M headset at the passenger position, are there any compatibilty issues?

Last I knew from reading the forum, yes there are issues.&nbsp\\; You are better off using the same for both.&nbsp\\; Either both J&amp\\;M or both HD.

Yes they are, wife and I do it just the opposite. I have the JM, she has the HD headsets.

Excuse me, I meant yes they are compatible, we use both and have never had a problem
