Default Saddle Bag Bracket Nut

There is a nut encased in some kind of aluminum that holds the saddlebag bracket in place. Well, I put too much torque on the screw and one of the aluminum brackets flange broke. So now the nut is not holding in place. Where can I get this little piece of aluminum or some other kind of nut that would hold this bracket in place?????

I to removed the quick release nut setup and replaced with lock nut and washers, the longest bolts that would fit,
so they are gonna have to do a little wrenching the remove the bags, I went with allen bolts to, every little
bit helps my conscious.

How did you do it? Hopefully it's easier than taking the complete support out.
