07 Ultra throwing code

07 Ultra throwing code
Hi guys\\;
Noticed yesterday that my \\;bike was throwing a code, engine light comes on 5 seconds after normal and stays on for roughly 5 seconds. \\;
Found that the code is P135 - Rear cylider no combustion
Other recent codes that have been cleared and have not returned as follows.
P0152 - rear o2 sensor high (rich)
P0132 - engine running rich
 \\;
I can clear the codes if needed. \\; just wondering what causes this and whether I need to be overly concerned.
