I finally pulled the error codes from my 07 WG due to the check engine coming on, P0131,P0151,P1356 but I can't find these codes anywhere? I have XIED's on the bike and it never ran better, I wonder if I should just ignore the codes? Thanks for your help

 

P1356 Rear Cylinder No Combustion EFI
sounds to me like the computer is picking up the changes... call the company that makes the XIED they will tell you what needs to be done

 

The 131 151 are o2 sensor low voltage caused by the Xieds, they are doing what they are designed to do. 1356 not sure why your getting that code, is the light on or are you having a drivability problem? If not, clear them and see if the 1356 comes back. 131 and 151 will come back.

I agree completely with JRK5892. Call Steve at Nightrider, he couldn't be more helpful! And cbz1200n is right - first clear the codes and re-check.

It's significant to note if the check engine light stays on, or just lights for three or four seconds then shuts off. I consistently see the P0131 and P0151 codes with XIEDs, but that is just flagged during startup, and does not trigger a solid check engine light.

i installed XIEDs no codes yet , but how does someone clear the codes on an 08 ultra? iknow how on a ford or a chevy...do i need a computer or a reader of some sort?

 

When the display shows the code, press and hold in the odo reset button to clear.
